Weight and materials can change the quote
A pile of cushions and a similarly sized pile of concrete require different handling. Dense material, unusually heavy pieces, and items with special disposal requirements should be identified in advance. A photo may show the size of a pile without revealing its weight or contents.
Keep different materials visible when possible. Tell us about renovation debris, appliances, heavy exercise equipment, or anything you are unsure we can accept. Checking the item first helps define the job before a pickup is scheduled.
Access affects the work involved
The same couch can be a straightforward garage pickup or a more involved move through a narrow upstairs hallway. Stairs, long carrying distances, limited parking, and disassembly can affect the labor needed.
You do not need to move heavy items outside just to ask for an estimate. Photograph where they are and describe the path to the vehicle. If access changes before the appointment, let us know so the plan still matches the work.

Our approved junk removal price includes labor, loading, hauling, and disposal for the agreed items. The final scope and price are confirmed before work begins. If you add another room or extra items, discuss them before loading starts.
When comparing options, ask what is included, who carries the items out, and how additional material is handled. Self-hauling also involves transport, facility charges, and your own time; dumpster rental involves a different arrangement for loading and collection. The right choice depends on the work you want help with.
